Acclaim Lawn & Home Services (“Acclaim”, “we”, “us”) provides lawn care, landscaping and property services in Burlington, Hamilton and the Halton region. This policy explains what information we collect through acclaimlawn.com and how we use it.

When you request a quote or contact us through a form on this site, we collect:
- Your name, property address, phone number and email address
- The services you are interested in and any notes you add
- Whether you ticked the optional box to receive seasonal reminders and offers by email
- The date of your submission and your IP address, which our form software records to help block spam
If you are an existing customer, we also keep a record of your program, the services we have provided and our notes about your property.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote. We look up your address on Google Maps satellite imagery to measure your lot.
- To contact you about your quote, schedule visits and provide the services you book
- To keep accurate customer and service records
- To send seasonal reminders and offers by email, only if you ticked the box to receive them
Who can see it
Your information is stored in our website’s database and is only accessed by the Acclaim team and the people who maintain this website for us. We use a few service providers to run the site and send email, such as our web hosting provider and our email delivery service. They handle your information only so these services work, and not for their own purposes.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Email reminders and offers
Marketing emails are optional and only go to people who opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not affect emails about a quote or service you have requested.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
Your choices
